Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Rate calculated at checkout
  
  

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rate calculated at checkout
  
  

• Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts and before taxes).
  
  

International Shipping:
We currently ship to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Radiant Words Co. LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@radiantwordsco.com, and we’ll help investigate.

Wrong Address or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement when possible.

Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Items

If you’ve ordered a pre-order or made-to-order item, please refer to the product description for estimated shipping times. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
